3.5 Dormant AccountsAn account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. eongame reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.

10.3 Cap on Liabilityeongame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your eongame account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Gambling Risk AcknowledgmentYou acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. eongame is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the Platform. 12.2 Dispute ResolutionIn the event of any dispute between you and eongame, you agree to first contact eongame's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. eongame will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
12.3 JurisdictionIf a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.
12.4 SeverabilityIf any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
