eongame strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years, in line with Philippine gaming regulations set by PAGCOR. This is non-negotiable. During registration, you must confirm that you are 21 or older. During KYC, your age will be verified against your government-issued ID. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.

Your ID must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and photo. KYC is typically reviewed within 24–48 hours on business days.

No. eongame strictly enforces a one account per player policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of eongame's Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset function rather than creating a new account.

On the eongame Login page, click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address or mobile number registered to your account. You'll receive a one-time password reset link or code. Follow the instructions to set a new password. For security, eongame recommends using a password that is at least 10 characters long and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols. Never share your password with anyone — eongame staff will never ask for it.

To close your eongame account, contact our customer support team via live chat or email. Before closing, ensure that your account balance is zero — any remaining balance must be withdrawn first. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. If you are closing your account due to gambling-related concerns, we strongly encourage you to consider our self-exclusion option instead, which provides additional protections.
Deposits & Funding

The minimum deposit on eongame is ₱100 for GCash and Maya. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500 due to processing fees. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though players can set their own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings.

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your eongame account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours, and up to the next business day for transfers made on weekends or public holidays. If your deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, contact eongame support with your transaction reference number.

eongame does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (GCash, Maya, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your provider before depositing. All amounts credited to your eongame account are the full amount you sent, minus any third-party fees charged by your payment provider.
Withdrawals

Go to your eongame account dashboard and select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same account or method you used to deposit, in line with anti-money laundering requirements. Make sure your KYC is fully verified before requesting a withdrawal.

  • Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on your bank
Withdrawal requests are reviewed by eongame's finance team before processing. First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer due to additional verification steps. Withdrawals requested on weekends or Philippine public holidays are processed on the next business day.

The minimum withdrawal amount on eongame is ₱200 for GCash and Maya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional review as part of eongame's compliance procedures.

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you must bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ₱10,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Different games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute less.

Responsible Gaming
